The Art of Bathing Beautifully
Sinking into a steaming bath after a long, hard day at work is absolutely magical, one of life’s true little luxuries.

Step 1: Run a normal to hot bath, depending on your personal preference, and remove any clutter from your bathing zone.
A normal bath is from 38-40 degree Celsius and stimulates your parasympathetic nervous system that reduces strain and tension on your body. It’s great any time of day including just before bed.
While a hot bath, above 40 degrees Celsius, is the perfect way to relax and relieve aching muscles, increase circulation and cleanse your pores. However, the increased temperature also increases your heart rate so it’s not the best idea straight before bed because you won’t fall asleep.
Step 2: Turn on your favourite mood music, grab a gorgeous fluffy towel, and something soft to slip into after your bath.
Use music to help inspire happy memories of travel, relaxation and indulgence.
