WHAT IS THE CURRENCY OF PRICES SHOWN ON BEDROOM ANTICS WEBSITE?

Our prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR MY PURCHASE?

Bedroom Antics accepts Visa and Mastercard Only. Unfortunately we are cannot accept American Express or Diners Card at this time.

IS IT SAFE TO GIVE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS OVER THE INTERNET?

Our PCI DSS Compliant Payment Gateway Provider – Paypal – ensures your credit card and contact details are safe and secure.  For security reasons Bedroom Antics does not hold any of your payment or financial information.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GOODS TO BE DISPATCHED?

Bedroom Antics guarantees that orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, or less for some Metropolitan areas during peak period/event promotions (as advertised on Website). Delivery within Australia generally takes between 2 and 5 working days.

I AM HAVING THE PRODUCT DELIVERED TO WORK – IS IT DISCREETLY PACKAGED?

Our orders are delivered in a plain cardboard box with no indication of our (supplier) details for your discretion and product protection. Your purchase is exquisitely packaged inside Bedroom Antics signature gift wrap.

CAN I DELIVER TO A PO BOX?

Unfortunately, no – to ensure the quality and protection of your Product(s) we only deliver via professional courier services to a nominated street or office address during business hours.

WHAT IF I SUPPLY THE WRONG ADDRESS?

Please be extremely careful in providing us with the correct address details (no PO Boxes accepted) when placing your order. If you provide us with the incorrect address and we deliver your product as per your instructions, we take no responsibility for the mistake.

CAN I REQUEST A DELIVERY TIME?

While we will do our best to meet your individual order requests, we cannot guarantee a day and delivery time as we use third party courier services. We will however always make the Courier company aware of your request and feel certain that if it can be facilitated it will be.

WHAT IF THE RECIPIENT ISN’T HOME?

Delivery will take place during normal business hours.  If there is no one to accept delivery, our Courier will leave your parcel in the secure position as advised on your delivery instructions, or leave a calling card to arrange re-delivery.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ONLINE ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED

Unfortunately, we are unable to do this so please be careful when selecting your Products and placing your order.

CAN I SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes, however please note you are responsible for overseas customs charges and other local taxes. GST will not be charged. To arrange a quote and delivery please contact: sales@bedroomantics.com.au.

HELP – I AM HAVING TECHNICAL TROUBLE WITH THE SHOPPING CART?

Please contact us directly at sales@bedroomantics.com.au with details of any problems you are experiencing when shopping with us online and be sure to include details of what item(s) you wish to order. If possible, please also send us a screenshot of the problem so we can resolve it quickly.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

No, Bedroom Antics prides itself on caring for animals and the natural environment alike. As such, we do NOT test our products on animals.
