$5 flat rate delivery is available on on all orders within Australia.

Delivery Times

Your order will be processed within 24 hours, and delivered by courier within two to four working days (most areas). Estimated delivery times by regions are listed below. Please note, a street address (not PO box) is required for all orders.

QUEENSLAND

Brisbane, southeast Queensland areas (Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast) = 1-2 days

Regional Queensland areas (Bundaberg, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns) = 2-3 days

NSW

Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour = 2-3 days

ACT

Canberra = 2-3 days

VIC

Melbourne, Albury, Bendigo, Geelong = 3-4 days

SA

Adelaide = 3-5 days

TASMANIA

Hobart, Launceston = 3-7 days

WA

Perth = 7 days

Delivery to rural and remote regions not listed above will take 7 – 10 working days via courier. Please contact sales@bedroomantics.com.au for exact delivery times.

 

Postal Charges

We package all products with the greatest of care to ensure they arrive in good condition and in a timely manner. This is why we utilise professional courier services as opposed to standard mail with Australia Post. International orders can also be facilitated – please contact us at sales@bedroomantics.com.au.

 

Delivery Address

All orders must include a daytime street or office address. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Delivery will take place during normal business hours. If there is no one to accept delivery your parcel will be left in the most secure location as advised on your delivery instructions by the Courier, or they will leave a calling card to arrange re-delivery. Orders are exquisitely packaged and will arrive inside a plain brown carton with no indication of supplier details. Bedroom Antics takes no responsibility for lost orders if customers provide incorrect address details. If you need to check on the status of your order please email our consumer sales at sales@bedroomantics.com.au.

 

Please Read our Returns Policy Before Making a Purchase

Bedroom Antics prides itself on producing premium quality, Australian made Products and takes the time to ensure all products are in excellent condition prior to delivery. However, should you receive a faulty product, we are happy to provide a product exchange or refund as per our Terms of Use. We do not exchange or refund based on ‘change of mind.’

We will only accept the return of Products and cover return postage charges if:

  • We accept that the Products were damaged or faulty at the time of delivery to you, in which case we will replace the Products or provide your Credit Card Account with a full credit or refund; or
  • We accept that you have received a Product from us that is different to the one ordered, and in which case we will replace the wrongly delivered Product with the correct Product, or, credit your Credit Card Account with a full refund.

Please note, products must be returned within 10 days of the receipt of goods date. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with any accompanying accessories (except defective or faulty products).
